Vamea Support

Help with your timeline.

Vamea becomes more useful as iOS delivers more evidence and your repeated places become familiar. A quiet first day is not a verdict on your routine.

Common questions

Why is a period incomplete?

iOS decides when background location and motion updates are delivered. Permissions, Low Power Mode, device restarts, a recent installation, and the phone being unavailable can all affect the evidence. Vamea keeps uncertainty visible instead of filling a gap as if it were observed.

How can I improve the first days?

Keep Location permission set to Always when you want background collection, keep Motion & Fitness enabled, carry the iPhone normally, and open Vamea when convenient so it can process what iOS has delivered. Apple Health is optional and read-only.

Can I correct a place or interval?

Yes. Use the review flow to confirm, rename, split, merge, or undo an interval. Corrections stay on the device and can be rebuilt from the original evidence.

Does Vamea send my history to a server?

No. Vamea has no Vamea account or server, no advertising, no cross-app tracking, and no automatic upload. An export leaves the iPhone only when you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet.

Can I remove my history?

Use the controls in Ritmus to manage local data, exports, backups, and a new profile. Deleting the app also removes its local storage, subject to the backup settings of iOS.

Contact: Before the public release, this page will show the active Vamea support address. For now, keep a note of the build number, iOS version, what you expected to see, and the approximate time of the problem. Please do not send a full export unless support asks for it.
